Jamie's Story
Jamie Meloni is the Broker/Owner of Meloni Realty, Inc. and Founder of BPOSchool.Com, beginning his career in 2006. Since then, he has sold over 2000 properties all around the Tampa Bay area and has completed over 20,000 broker price opinions. Specializing in both BPO work and REO sales.
During his time with Coldwell Banker, he was a National Coldwell Banker Top 10 Agent 3 times and a Florida Top 100 Agent 8 times. He also worked with Offerpad on their Real Estate acquisitions team as an underwriter handling thousands of real estate offers and valuations.
